About
It all started with my friend Kate who introduced me to Annie Sloan's chalk paint. We had just bought a house and I thought that painting the existing furniture would be a great way, not only to give our new home a more unique look, but also to save some money. Back then, I was not so "sustainability conscious" but quickly learnt that I could breathe new life into old furniture, save money and do my bit to help the environment in the process.
After a couple years and lots of practice, I realized I loved it and I was rather good at doing it. I started experimenting with various painting and up cycle medias; blending, dry brush, stencils, transfers, decoupage...The decision to turn my hobby into a business came naturally.

I offer pieces for sale which I have personally sourced and up cycled, I accept, as well, commissioned projects for clients who want to participate in the creative process. Let's up cycle!
